I'm an adc main currently in silver 4 on a fresh account. I've climbed from iron 4 to silver 4 in about 6 days total. I'm slowly climbing to gold but would love some tips from higher elo players that are also adc mains. My macro is complete garbage and I'm looking to improve. [slayer-jinx-wink]
Jamaree3 votesStop playing traditional ADCs at the moment, they are rather weak, you would have far more luck taking an AP sustained caster instead.
If you are deadset on it however, learn trading and power spikes, learn the match ups of when your champions is strong and at what time especially compared to other champions. Case in point, don't try and duel Lucian at level 2, his power spike at that level is insane, stuff like that.

I've started counter picking better and suck at mid lane, so adc is my best option

Also remember that you don’t decide who wins your lane. Jungle and mid do. Assume there is always 4 enemies in your lane.

In low elo I usually play cait and still win a majority of my games because junglers and mid don't gank or roam

I'm flexible with almost all adcs, I've played all of them before and I have about 5-6 that I can confidently play in ranked.
