So those changes...
Why did you make the game centered around ADC ? You buffed/changed every (or most) items to make them good for ADCS. Because of that, you increased the price of defensives items. You also increased the price of AP item for some reasons.
You gave ADCs free stats like massive movement speed on phantom dancer, reduced damage on phantom dancer, delayed damage as a bleed on a new item. You nerfed Bortk (which is a big nerf to tanky char) and made a new items that works kinda the same for ADC (you do more damage if your target have more health). Speaking of free stats, you gain free CDR by building crit.
What the hell ? In a world where every new champs is overloaded and a mess to balance, you thought it would be a good idea to overload the ADCS with new items ? Also those new masteries are CLEARLY ADC oriented. Why did you feel it was a good idea to make ADC duellist/carry/killer of everything ?
How can we kill an ADC when he has free lifesteal/spellvamp/reduced damage taken/delayed damage/regen on your next auto after 4 second in combat/massive movement speed when all the others items have been nerfed/changed.
Just why ?
The game will just be about who can instakill the ADCs before they can do anything, otherwise you're screwed.
I don't get it.
One good thing tho : the adc - marksmen- update from a kit/role perspective is really good, seems like everyone of them have unique mechanics and niches, too bad it's been tainted by those items changes.
