Energy Costs
Why do energy costs go down as you level abilities up, whereas mana costs go up as you level ablities up? How is this not an unfair advantage? Why doesnt everyone just have mana?

Because your mana pool goes up while your energy pool stays the same. Energy costs are in place to ensure that those using those abilities can't overly trade and spam them early levels, but you don't want them to not have the energy to use all 4 of their abilities in a team fight.
Because energy is capped and doesn't increase?
