bring old league back

So I've been a decently active league player since season 1 of league, back when there was about 15000-30000 people playing at the time. Obviously there has been countless changes to the game since then. But it seems like the past 2 seasons have gone very down hill IMO. The tank meta has happened before and mostly everyone i ever talked to in game has hated it. There was a lot of negative feedback from the community and I assumed riot learned. Yet they seem to not only have embraced the tank meta again, they made it so summoners can choose any champion top lane, whether tank or not, and just build gauntlet and sunfire and and just dominate. I'm not just a rager because i lose at this meta a lot because i dont. I just find it so utterly boring and it takes away not just a lot of skill of the game, but the versatility league of legends used to have. A couple years ago teams could try out different team comps all the time with actual results and fun. Nowadays you try that you wouldnt stand a chance. I know many players that I've known since season 1 who dont even enjoy playing league anymore, they just play it because it's free. I just wish riot cared about the community and game more like they used to instead of just tencant ruining it
