Yasuo Flow rework suggestion
##Yasuo is one of my most hated champions, but this suggestion is not a nerf.

I love how riot focuses on a champions Identity when reworking them. I think that Riot has done a fantastic job with every single major rework they've done since Sion. I'd like to give the same sort of identity to Yasuo.
His passive shield and his "resource" are called Flow, but the shield has nothing erm... "flowish" to it (at least from my perspective).
My idea is to make Yasuo build up Flow much faster, but only during combat, and the Flow would rapidly decrease out of combat. My idea is also to scrap the shield portion, and instead give Flow an effect more worthy of its name - movement speed.
#Full list of changes, including potential numerical values:
RESOLVE: Yasuo generates a Flow stack for every 59 / 52 / 46 units he travels by any means. At 100 stacks and upon taking champion or monster damage, Yasuo consumes all Flow to shield himself for 100 - 510 (based on level) for up to 1 second.
##Resolve: Yasuo generates a Flow stack while in combat for every 28 / 22 / 17 units he travels by any means. Yasuo gains +0.2/0.25/0.3% movement speed for every Flow stack. While out of combat, Yasuo loses 15 flow every second.
What do you think?
