No. Core Duo processors cannot handle the CPU spikes this game demands. Get a desktop with 8GB Ram, 2GB video, 3GHz CPU, plus SSD all for ~ $250 off Ebay.

Go to www.canyourunit.com and run a scan of your hardware for League of Legends.

If it tells you that you can run it on at least MINIMUM then that means the game will run on your machine.

Handle league? Yeah should. My old potato computer could with Intel HD 4000 and Intel Core i5-3210M dual core. Couldn't run any game except League and then older games.
