Jungle Path Help for a Silver?!!

Hey everyone, I just wanted a few tips, I am trying to get out of silver to gold as a jungler. Champ Pool - Yi, Xin, Panth, Trundle, Wu

So my standard path has been: Invade and steal their red ---> Gank top and get the top laners flash ---> Krug in the river --> My blue --> My gromp --> My wolves --> Gank mid and get the mid laners flash--> My red --> Gank bot --> opposing river Krug ---> I usually back on 1900 gold to get tier 2 boots, upgraded jg item and a sword. Then I start ganking and farming as the game dictates.

Now, usually my bot lane slips into a bit of a feed and coughs up 6-9 combined kills by this time. They are pinging furiously for help though. Also typically my mid laner tends to flash ignite turret dive opening into pure rage feed as their build. This is all pretty standard silver stuff I am assuming. So how can I adjust my jungle approach given the current silver meta?!?!!?!??!!??!!
