Discussion about FPS on crappy computers.

So every other patch it seems my FPS either goes up to the point where I can play comfortably again, or it goes down to the point I can no longer play the game. Oddly enough, this recent patch has brought me to the former. Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone tell me what might be going on that is changing this? I mean, in general. This has gone back and forth for the past few months for me.
