Fill position and Fill just because of a position shortages cause problems in 70% of matches.

The first words out in the chat are can I switch with any position. For me this is evidence this FILL thing is not good for NORMAL DRAFT. At the same time I do know the idea behind the Fill position is to speed up Q time. So far it just sucks. I don't think most Normal players are going to learn every position and I think forcing casual players to do so Sucks. I for one would rather just wait longer for a match where people get put in the position they want. As it is now we go thru 2-3 dodges and then still might have a game that sucks because Auto fill put someone somewhere they do not have fun.
