Warding maybe? You placed 6/40 of your teams wards. Also although you had the most kills and an exceptional score in your game, you Draven did more damage over all than you. You have to remember that S+ is a rank consistently earned by only the top 2% of players That would be Pros/Challengers/Master Tier Players. So that means you perform better than 97% of the player base as Annie. There is always room for improvement in your play no matter what rank you are. I do suggest trying to ward just a tiny bit more, or upgrading trinket @ or around 9. The fact that you bought a ward and had a trinket and still only placed 6 wards in a 22 min game, means that there is room for improvement. :) Not trying to be mean or nasty, just some constructive criticism since you did post this.
