This guy is just 1 shotting anyone. and from 1 empowered attack he heals like 500-600HP per AA. This is way too broken and it's too hard to lane against or . Just nerf his damage already ffs. Q with proc and just bursts down every single squishy target. Armor isn't the solution, tabi+randuins+sunfire still bursts me down in some axes. His winrate is literally going higher, right now he has 52.96% . Can't wait 10 bans to perma-ban this brainless marksman. The thing is with Dead's Dance Shiv IE BT you dont even need to catch axes, you just walk and burst down everyone.
