What is happening to bot games

A few weeks ago I noticed that some people went mid and start feeding, and played like they had no brain or like bots poorly programed. The next time I played bots I realised that it was not only that game: it was every bot game, and those feeders always went mid lane and feeded. I know is not that a big problem since it's a bot game but since I play bot games to try out champions and I main mid lane it's not enjoyable to play against a bot who oneshots me and takes no damage. I report those people but nothing happens. Feeders is a normal thing in LOL but it's not nice when I get always a bunch of them in my team every game. I don't understand why is this happening, it never happened before, why would it be happening now? Please riot ban these people, even if this is a bot game, if they are intentionally feeding they deserve a ban for ruinning other people games.
