@Riot What LeBlanc needs now... And what is her Future?

Hello fellow summoners,

I've been playing LeBlanc for quite some time now, ever since her slight kit changes I have played her nonstop and exclusively.

While the new change to silence was a big toll on her being able to compete with other laners, I think to put a cherry on the sundae so to speak, would be to make the initial dmg of sigil deal more. Just enough that it will deals some means of harass, because it doesn't do much in lane now vs. the champions that use chalice. I think that will really be helpful in lane, because right now I, myself have a lot of trouble making an impact without a major AP item (Needlessly Large Rod or Fiendish Codex.) It doesn't have to be a lot of base dmg either, maybe even buff the ratio she has on Q. Currently it deals 79 dmg when I factor in my AP. That is minuscule compared to Syndra's 100+ dmg or Zigg's 100+ dmg Q's. Currently it starts at 55, Maybe make it go to 70/95/120/145/170?? It will help her deal the dmg she needs as of right now that is what she needs in order to be effective in lane when harassing with Sigil of Malice. Also the mana change to W is nice!

Also, I would like to know whats in store for her, I know there was some talk for a druid type kit or look for her? I wouldn't mind that at all, but I have a more feel towards a kit that revolved around the use of mirrors. The deceptive part was also talked about being stressed when she gets her changes, but what will make her deceptive enough to be the one and only "LeBlanc." I know there has been talk of making her creating illusions but wouldn't that be OP??
