Ranked Eligibility Test \ Ranked Placement Test

Hello ^^ Each one maybe faced at least one of these problems while queueing up in a regular ranked match My adc stays stills and doesn't kite his way out in team fight or lane ...... ok how about the people who never change their trinket or use pink wards why isn't everyone aware of the vision need. and ofc , people who reach mnt 10 under 100 farm ...... and so on the poor farming . and the junglers who forget to smite , or even gank , maybe they don't even know how to . so on on . You would actually call this flame , but it isn't , this is the reality of each ranked game in gold elo or higher ! that is the truth unfortunately ^^

isn't this very horrible and until now i don't see riot making any change or giving people awareness about it . for example , when i used to play at season 2 or 3 , there was those videos about patches and each champion of how to play and position . there was even a video for teamplay which was a very influence video and everyone started following it . but now all i see is riot focusing on lcs and ignoring the ranked state .

people lock their roles while they are bad at it . am just giving my opinion about it and hope that i get a reply for that .

my opinion is to make a ranked eligibillity test what i mean is if the player wants to play adc role , he has to go into set of test methods to get the right to play it . put people into kitting test farming test even some team fight test . isn't this possible with the smart bots that is currently available?

and same goes for mid top jungle and support . people must go through some tests to be able to play those roles . i don't really like to have a jungle that doesn't gank , or a toplaner that doesn't take tp and takes ignite .

warding is also a major issue , it is insane here how people doesnt use their wards or change them at lvl 9 it is completely ignored . late game elixirs are completely ignored .

if you start talking with anyone of the players he says that i am flaming ?

I dont know if this is possible or not am just giving an opinion .
