Bring Fizz back

The old fizz worked with showing your opponent they were going to get hurt with the indicator then gave them time to react. The w was perfect to explode the target and reset if you successfully killed your target getting in "assassinating" then leaving. This new w wants you to go in as a squishy champ, attack, not kill them, then attack them as many times as you can so that you do damage? I feel like this would work on a fighter but assassin? The burst in Fizz is gone now all he has is his ult to almost kill people. And after the ult you have to hope the w doesn't kill them so you can get your extra bleed on the other champs or you have to retry to kill others with your new w not active or doing anything useful. Check the win rate this new Fizz is terrible they will probably buff the crap out of his new w, and ult apearently so he will be op when they could have just left him alone. Also are we supposed to go tank or attack speed now? I dont know anymore.
