Matchmaking

I'm I the only one who thinking of Riot really is a lasy bunch of **?? Like why the fUC*K you put all your energy doing new champ and new skins that no one really care about instead of working on your matchmaking system or whatever you call it...It's not normal, and I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one, who getting from getting a promo 1 day and getting demoted 2 level divison (ex: B1 to B3-B4...) not even 2 days after getting that promo...Like seriously instead of doing shit like new champs or new skin or buffing and nerfing champ, you should really work on your matchmaking thing there...losing and wining it's fine but when you lose more than 15-16 games in a row to get demoted more than once in a days or two it's not what I would call a fair play. Well I didn't know what you all think of that but...express yourself and hopefully Riot will do something....Or won't give a shit...
