Riot your Automatic Repair Tool does more harm than good Please find a proper soultion to this.
Okay here is a bit of history with this problem i've been having, nearly 3 months ago I had to quit league of legends for 1 whole month due to a bug with the League client that claims that there is an error and has to force an automatic repair which pretty much prevents me from joing the match and making my team mates go 4v5 which if it's done in Summoner's Rift they'll do a Remake and I'll take the punishment as a leaver when all I'm doing is waiting for this MANDATORY AUTOMATIC REPAIR to finish which can take nearly an hour to complete.
I have a support ticket which i submitted months ago after I got sick and tired of using the repair tool that's in client and the one that the support team gave me kept on failing me time and time again I kept on trying over and over again to see if I can get into a single bloody game and then i got hit hard with a Leaver Buster Punishment. After that I went "F this" back to the support team who still couldn't help me out with my problem so I quit league for a whole entire month.
After the next patch I reinstalled league of legends after having it uninstalled for all that time and I came backa nd the game was running fine to this date where the client bug is happening again and I'm forced to sit through this tedious automatic repair tool.
While on the subject of problems I wanted to screenshot my support ticket from january 2018 about my history with this problem.

Btw can you readers please check your support tickets and check if you can read your ticket information? That way it would be great to know if im not the only one or it could be just me.

I wish that Riot would update their remake feature where if a player's client gets a random bug like this the match can be instantly canceled or the team can remake at 3 minutes while the unfortuneate player who got the crash doesn't get punished because this isn't fair for a player who gets a random bug preventing him from playing the game.
You guys must have the talented programmers to do this right? I know it's going to be a pain to do but if you can just do this one thing then i'll gladly reinstall league and play it all day everyday like i always do but as of right now... I dont want to put myself through the stress of risk losing my account over something that is out of my control also having to wait such a long time while my team mates are getting angry af over my absence doesn't really help either.
I'm not going to bother posting another support ticket only to start a pointless conversation with the support team again. I want to put this problem out here to the public.
If someone is having the same problem with either the support tickets or the client itself can you please tell me? Does this happen more to EUW players or non american players?
