Anyone else notice that Ragnarok is not working correctly?

I have been playing Olaf jungle as of late, and I noticed that I still get slowed with Ragnarok active. Anyone else notice this too? Seems like a bug fix is in order.

I've encountered a few strange occurences with his ult. If you activate it AFTER being knocked up, you are stunned for a longer duration of time. I've also noticed my MS actually drop after activating, rather than increasing. Stopped playing him for the time being.

I've noticed that I've been slowed with his ult active. Mostly in aram though.

I used to play him jg a lot, I don't remember having that problem. Are you sure its not just because you were running at enemies and the speed boost dropping off after a second made you think you were slowed?
