Ranked suggestion

As I have played this game, I have came to understand the frustration I once did not understand in playing ranked. I personally believe ranked in league of legends is going well but could certainly be better with the addition of a very simple element!

Require players to "pass" sort of a test in order to begin playing ranked. Load the players into an objective based game that requires them to show they have a general understanding of how roles are played or how gold is gained. I think this benefits the more experienced players by not having to play with people who have zero concept of gold gain and the consequences of bad decisions. I believe it is also good for the player who doesn't understand as I believe it would significantly reduce the negative feedback they might receive in the course of a gaming experience. Also I think it's good for another aspect, we will all know who is trolling now! One couldn't use excuses like they are new because in order to play the ranked games they had to show they had basic game concept!
