Full interface and pre-charged map

I mean, League have a launcher and a client for play, but Dota have only a Full launcher (dont needed that the game close the launcher and open the client to play), and what im trying to say with the precharged map is, every time you play league, the map need to be charged, plus the internet speed of players make slow the loading screen.

In DOTA that dont happen, every player have the map precharged when they open the game for the first time, and when they are on the loading screen barely depends on the speed connection.

Example.

When i play i need to wait almost 2 min for every player to charge. (League)

Dota in just 10 sec all the players has charged even with poor connection and a potato PC.

i think the last part is because league's server are slow.

PS: if you has played Dota you will understand what im trying to say.

PS2: I prefer league over dota. BUT i really want that update in league.
