The Honor System does not work

As long as you allow premades to honor their premades it is a useless system. Even though Riot says there is no payoff for doing so IT IS DONE 99% of the time.

The other item I find that stinks of fish is almost invariably the players with honor level 4 and 5 are premades in my queues. So obviously they are getting a payoff even if riot says its not helping.

I guessing Riot really did not know how "to break a few systems" as they say, because the fact you can even honor a premade in a one honor per game system shows there are no stop gaps. Its not like after you honor them once it goes on cool down for 24 hours. Just seems like a lie to me. Way too many premades at high honor levels who are super negative KDA and super negative attitude to make the limit true.

Worse still are the games where you get a 4 man premade or two duos. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN HONOR THOSE GAMES.

So fix this system plz so that it means something and its not just a way for premade whales to milk the system for more rewards. If you play only 3-5 man premades you basically never have to deal with trolls, you can troll when you like, and can rack up honor rocket fast.

Seems a little out of line with what the system was advertised as.
