Tips when being camped

Hi there. I'm a main top/support back to ranked after like 4 seasons and I would like if you could offer me some tips when being camped top. So far the worst case was a Cho'gath against a Yorick (top) and a Sejuani (jungler) who kept camping me and turret diving me full health, so I ended up going 0/8 since everytime I came back to turret I almost inmediatly died under turret even though I built tanky (i.e. Randuin's Omen).

My best strategy so far was to ask other lanes to push since the jungler wasn't exerting that much pressure, and for the jungler to gank other lanes so sacrificing top was worth it. Moreover, I tried to build as tanky as possible and focus on utility so I could survive longer under turret and later help in teamfights.

Do you have any other tips?

You pretty much did the right thing. Trading lanes or taking dragons/bot tower etc is your teams responsiblity when top is being relentlessly camped. Just try to get back into the game and shotcall for your team rather than focus on yourself, bar the chance of a legit 1v2 outplay
