Givng Jinx a new skin, then nerfs her E afterwards. Looks like Jinx is going to be Ashe. What a bait. After nerfing her E, I bet there's a new nerf coming to her. And her E nerf is totally useless, I don't get why. You can nerf the damage, but please not the mana cost!

Skin one patch, nerf the next, that is normal. I've never seen a skin AND a nerf on the same patch, though.
