Lucian is a bad pick now

Why pick him now? His Passive is gutted, his Range is the worst, his dash is nothing special anymore. What makes him worth the pick? All other Adc's do wayyyy more damage in trades. Only good thing about him that I can see is his ult in that it is a good disengage.

Just because he isn't lane-faceroll anymore doesn't mean he's a bad pick. You just actually have to try now.

He's rather mobile, and his passive still is extremely strong once you get IE.
