Disconnecting due to real life issues

So i was climbing out of my division in ranked, and i had a 3 game winning streak, i gambled for the 4th, and while on the loading screen, my power went out. I came back and i was thinking i was lucky because my team couldve just remade and nothing happens, but i realized we lose 20 lp right after. I say this is unfair due to the fact that its a natural issue that i couldnt do anything about. My thoughts were to just Lower the amount of Lp lost, and progressively get more and more lost, the more times you disconnect / dodge. I thought it was very confusing because dodging only loses 3 lp, and getting disconnected is 20 lp, Which means disconnecting on loading screen is 6.4 times, more than just disconnecting. So to make a point, my ideas are to make Dodging 3, Disconnecting 5-10 ( Because theres remake ) and Leaving in the middle of the game 25 or more, since you are causing others to also lose lp!
