Support main and I managed to climb all the way to G1, when I hit G1 i started going on an insane losing streak that still hasn't stop. I know for a fact that I'm not on tilt. I started feeling so useless on support from the many time i watched my team just give the game away. Because of this i started playing more hard carry roles like Mid an Jung , and im losing even harder now even though I win my lane. I play safe in lane to avoid unnecessary deaths from ganks, and I roam only when I know I'll get a kill. I have a duo partner and even still because of this constant dropping of our MMR the games seem to be more impossible to carry. The amount of DCs, AFKs , Toxics, and Trolls is insane. I stopped talking in chat and mute people the moment they're being Toxic. I'm literally stuck and It's seems so impossible to climb, I know I can because I've done it before, but I went on a 14 game losing streak that caused me for get demoted from G1 to G5 and caused my G4 duo to get demoted to S1. Should we just stop duoing?

From what I can see, your cs and wards bought is pretty low (considering you used to be a support main, that can be expected as you don't have sightstone no more). Also you don't upgrade your trinket (it's bigger deal than you'd think). Also, you might not be winning your lane as hard as you'd think, looking at your matches you're almost always losing/very close to your counterpart's gold/cs/score in common. I can't tell you if you should stop duoing or not, but considering you used to be support main (and still probably are better on support than mid) I'd suggest you find an adc to duo with.

Yeah I totally get that, I know I'm not a diamond tier mid laner and I'm not claiming to be at all. I usually win lane and I know my CS is something I need to work on. But I'm not horrible and plenty of times I"ve been in a "carry" position, but the enemy team always seems to be more ahead. I was still losing these games on Support as well.

If you want to play midlane at the level you used to play support, you need to practice it more. Although your scores aren't too bad, if you take a look at damage graphs you can see you're usually not too high up there compared to other players. Teamfighting as an assassin is really different than teamfighting as a support, so I'd take time to practice it in normals to avoid LP loss just because you pratice something you can't yet play at high enough level to carry.

You still seem to do fine as a support. The four supports you played have solid 55%+ win rate. Losing streaks happen, as do win streaks. Maybe you're not roaming as much any more, I can't really tell.
