Skarner rework please,
Can we make him more useful? I hardly see him played any rank or non, He needs a rework really bad, He doesn't do well jungle or laniing, you can't even support with him. Please Riot, lets give this scorp a rework.

They gave him a small rework lol. He's actually really well in jungle, its just that he can't really do anything Pre-6 because his ult is what makes him make the plays.
You know he already received a rework right? He was pretty strong, but they nerfed him a bit if I remember.
Oh? He's usually my go-to jungler when I want to win :D
