Overnerfed Jayce is the reason I wont spend a dime in this game anymore.

Hi.

I want to share a very common story between all the community player. We all have the old champ we liked so much, that got popular and then gutted to dead... We felt love for a bunch of pixels, we bought skins for our 1# champ and played 1k games on him, carrying so hard after months of mastering our favorite champ.

Jayce was/is one of my favorite champ in this game. But now is completely fucked up. I never played glasscannon jayce before but now riot force me to play him like that and I hate it. As jayce former main (yeah now jayce is soo sucky that i cant even beat champ that i used to counter aka irelia...) here is the things that compeletly destroyed his dmg:

Before Nerfs Jayce had a level 5 skill at lv8, 9 if u level up ulti LIKE ALL THE CHAMPS IN THE GAME!!! Now u get so punished in dmg by have your 1st skill maxed at lv 11 lol. Yes,** jayce has 6 levels in each skill... so what? they deal the same or even less dmg than before**. So in the end Jayce gets 2 level behind compared to the enemy champ... and deal less dmg than pre-nerfs. Riot with those nerfs you forced jayce to be glasscannon QE spammer... Using all jayce skill isn't rewarding at all... Before nerfs, even without IE, maxing W 1st was so rewarding when used all of jayce skills, if u hit them all u would in a trade against almost all champs, now jayce deals so low dmg (30-40%) hp left with no more skill left and 10+ sec CD on almost all skills... with so low base atk dmg, doing jayce full combo = u wont kill a target with 50% hp and u are exposed for 10 secs, in other words you die, so better keep the nubish play still that community likes: Spam QE from far away.

Riot, you killed my champ. I move on to a new one that you are already fucked him up (evelynn), you hurt my feelings as player, bought skins to jayce (both he had before nerfs), udyr(SGUdyr), olaf, kennen, cait... SION!!!! The champ I wont like anymore... This is an online game, unlike other products we cant complain and ask our money back when the producut changes, so I wont spend a Dime in this game anymore... I'm not the only player you hurt, with me there are alot more players that mained other champs... (morde,fizz,khaz,rengar....)

Jayce is one of my mains, I certainly don't find him weak. I don't know what he was like because I never played him before his Q nerfs early this season. My main build on Jayce is.

Even Match-Up Start: item 1055 item 2003

Manaless or Sustain Match-Up Start: item 1036 item 2003 x3

First Back: item 3070 item 1001 item 2044

Second Back: item 3134 item 2044 x2 item 2043

Rest of the Game: item 3004 item 3142 item 3031item 3035 item 3072 item 3158 and the last item is situational. This is a standard build for a standard lane, whereas if I were to face an AP top laner you can go item 3070 into item 3155. But the critical aspect on Jayce is stupid strong. I can remember a game on Jayce where I went up to a Lucian and used W, 1 auto hit 2.2k and he died. I was more or less confused because at best it takes 2-3 auto's to kill a squishy. Bruiser Jayce is far too weak to truly be threatening if you want to carry hard, unless the team has no tanks. A safe bet is to also get item 3026 if you're getting melted before putting much damage down. But with this crit build, I find getting on top of somebody after using W (cannon) into R (hammer) -> Q (hammer) then auto will kill _pretty much _ anybody. This build isn't the grand standard, but with the IE's stats, you really can't beat it. Since you're forced to build Youmoo's from Brutalizer, you may as well embrace the crit chance is how I view it. He's like every other glass cannon in the game though, you can carry hard but once you're cc'd it's lights out. It sucks, but this is the reality of the game. I don't have outstanding stats on Jayce, but from picking up on his huge learning curve (being the all in type of champion he is to secure kills), I pick up on when I should or shouldn't go in. My biggest issue with Jayce is the fact that I feel stronger than I am sometimes. I've racked up a handful of Quadrakills this season with him, but I still find myself making small mistakes. But overall, it's my poor play that effects how effective Jayce is, not the champions itself. If they left Jayce alone, I think he will continue to stay in a good place. With all the new items being released though, this type of topic should be revisited if it hurts more than helps.

Well that's the glasscannon... Doing around 1k crits with bruise items was the way I played, I could melt squishies, handle tanks, engange, peel. And in lane i could burst 50-80% hp to any champ with full combo by level 4. After nerfs Im just wasting mana to do 20-30% target hp

It's just forcing you to engage with your entire kit. Which I don't mind the interaction with the entire kit, but I don't feel like Riot is consistent with champions like this. Nidalee is stupid strong, never truly nerfed. Elise got shit on, then buffed too hard, now mediocre. Quinn is about to be a fucking bird and that's it. Even though there's already 3 champions I can think off hand who use this mechanic, but this bird can't attack.. it just flies.. Then Jayce, who is stupid strong when ahead, and when not ahead struggles. This is the life of most champions who get attention, but I am glad where he is now. Mainly because I literally never get banned out and nobody ever picks him!
