Small Kog'Maw fix?

We all know kog'maw is in a weak position in the meta. He was reverted back to his old state after the season 6 changes, seeing as there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. However, I feel he didn't receive the full revert he deserves. Thoughts on making his W have no mana cost, like in season 5?

I think he's being outclassed by Corki tbh.

KogMaw actually statistically looks pretty strong, but gets out-shined by competitors and the current lack of a tankline meta.
