Ranked Teams

I don't understand why Riot puts Silver ranked summoners against Bronze ranked summoners. It is completely unfair. What kind of rank system is this? I guess you want to keep losing people to games like OverWatch if you don't allow summoners to rank up. Putting a Silver 4 against a Bronze 5 in my eyes is completely unfair. I play League of Legends everyday but I guess I will have to find another game to play that is more balanced when it comes to queing summoners. I'm really frustrated by this concept. This is the first time I'm complaining about League but feel it is necessary to get a point across. Riot needs to fix the match selection process.
