Nearly impossible to climb ranked

Im only s 3 but its nearly impossible to get out of because of the snowbally games and the near to none positive behavior in game from toxicity, afking, and inting. I was honor lvl 2 checkpoint 2 and it got to the point where i would find inters and afkers every game that I decided to say a couple cuss words at children who cant handle the truth of why they int or afk ends up giving me 10 game chat restriction and i get dragged all the way down to honor 1 dishonorable. Tell me how tf am i supposed to not talk some smack on people who purposefully int and afk, and the downside is that I will get punished not them.
