Could we get any kind of word on the Yorick rework?

So, like many of us know, a while back there was a thread where Xelnath posted some really nice potential kits for Yorick and I was pretty dang excited. Many of those kits were incredibly cool and looked like a lot of fun to play. At the end of the thread he said that Yorick was in the works and that the thread was going to be closed. Since then I am pretty sure we have not heard anything about him.

When Sion was being worked on I remember seeing somewhere (though I forget where and if someone can link it that would be nice) that the champion update page would be updated with some more current information when the Sion rework went live. So I was really hoping to see Yorick's name pop up on there, however unless I'm looking at the wrong page (Champion Update Schedule) there hasn't been any change there.

Then I was hoping that with the Harrowing coming up and Yorick being from the Shadow Isles that his rework might be part of the Harrowing. A necromancer being reworked for Halloween seemed right up Riot's alley. Alas, poor Yorick was not the Ace up their sleeve for the Harrowing (though Kalista does look pretty neat).

I know a lot of champions could use reworks and I understand that he might not be top of the list, but the kits that were previewed in that thread looked pretty finished to me barring balancing and what not. I suppose what I am asking is: Has Yorick been shelved for now? Similar to Ao Shin where he will happen eventually, but he isn't being worked on. Or is he being worked on now and he just isn't ready? I understand that Riot has been reluctant to put release dates on things because they want to get it right and send it out when its ready (and believe me, I do love that about you guys), but I would like to know where Yorick stands.
