Can we talk about Rammus & Master yi??

Why these two champs still in league of legends in s10 while all champs got reworked to be more skills (like akali, aatrox, ...), Why there is a champ that he have 2.5 attack speed with true dmg and unstoppable exept cc (that he can dodge it using Q) and another champ that he literally dont do anything exept taking dmg and kill the enemy team using W, and he is the easiest champ to gank, yes im talking about rammus now, why riot didn't rework them yet??its s10 you have to give these champs some skills

The way you describe Rammus is exactly how people who like Rammus want him to be. The actual current issue is that he doesn't have the stats or items to perform well in the current meta. Mechanically, Rammus is a near perfect champion when it comes to fulfilling the intended role. Maybe at this point he could appreciate some built in tenacity but that would be about it

Last I checked Rammus is topping charts in low elo; Its fine if that's where hes good, hes very simple and basic so of course hes not as good at higher elo. Hes gotten a lot of love and additions to his kit, I think hes fine right now but the CC breaking his Q charge sucks. Tenacity wouldn't really help if a short silence still instantly cancels his Q anyway

Better sustain I think is all he needs, but it's hard to give him a shield/heal etc without totally breaking him since ADCs can still end up dying purely by hitting him, y'know, they're whole job.
