New buff indication icon location needs a fix

A very unnecessary change occurred for patch 4.20 game interface that makes reading current buffs very difficult. The buff indication icons used to be located directly center on top of the abilities panel, a natural position for visibility. It has now been moved all the way to the side corner on top of the avatar icon, which has made it very difficult to see and impossible to refer to during fights. After all, who looks at their avatar icon, especially when it's scaled down on a widescreen. This is a very detrimental change in terms of information clarity and extremely frustrating to deal with. Hopefully, Riot will implement a way for us to move these buff icons back to the center position. If not in game, then at least with config file editing or something.

I agree with this poster. It has been hard to track all the buffs, etc. I would promote getting it back to center.

Would be nice if we could move them to where we want them. I hate them being in the corner. It is totally unintuitive. I can see how some might like the new location but there is just as many that want the buffs in the middle of the screen so we can easily see what is going on in the middle of action.
