Why is there no way to counter the broken amound of true damage

When playing a league game here is how bs someone like Fiora can be when they have conqueror rune. I would say riot needs a way to deal with true damage because numbers like this make it hard to enjoy the game because my team was up to their nexus and then just shredded me.
