No one will play Heimer after this update

Heimer became utter garbage after the latest update. Passive still goddamn useless cuz most of the time u have 0 turrets near you and even with that it is completely worthless in most cases A single tiamat can oneshot all three. Aggro is coded in spaghetti, low range, zero damage, fkin high cd on every spell, no build that would fit heimer, the classic zoning build(Rylai, Liandry) extinct the other builds are not that great because they dont give you any additional CC effects, making spells impossible to hit..

Q - low dmg, low range, delayed aggro, huge cd W - too narrow hitbox (only way to do meaningful dmg is to target a single point), selfcc E - superslow animation, selfcc, impossible to hit RQ - dash out or instakill it with two AAs RW - not that bad, but too low dmg RE - this is the only ability im completely fine with

Riot just made Heimer a more difficult champion to play, especially for lower elo. You have to be able to hit skill shots in order to make Heimer viable. If you are not good enough to do that then you are not good enough (anymore) to play him and this update will just feel like a nerf only.
