So,item 's new and everything,but after only 1 game facing 2 characters who built it( Kha Zix as 2nd,Draven as 1st),why does this give you 240 free damage at level 10?that is stupidly high considering it's relatively low cost per stats gained. Opinions?

Duskblade after that one burst doesn't do much afterwards if you don't finish the enemy right there. I swear to god if Quinn reverts back to her stupid lethality one shot build... Well idk what I would do but I'd probably complain like a bitch about it.
I think AD assassins are making good use of it. With all the new support items assassins have a really fking hard time getting through 1k shields or heals.
