Supposed to rank up

I was in a match for the 2nd win of my series to rank up. I won the match and was expecting to rank up as usual as for it was the 2nd win of my series. After the match it said that the server is down or something but if i was on a match before it was turned down it's not supposed to affect any match results. Instead, when I logged in and look if I did rank up. I was so upset that my last match did not count as part of my series won game matches. But it is in my history matches as it shown on the link above. At first I thought it would not matter match and I just needed to win again. But I lost the last match and my series ended up unsuccessful. I'm so upset that this just happened. I've been playing League since season one and I don't play as much as I used to but I always try to rank up at least 2 divisions every year now that I'm enjoying ranking up and taking it much more serious. But this throws me off. It ended up wasting my time and effort. I really hope u could do something about this and get me to rank where im supposed to because I earned it and I have evidence. It's just disappointing, but oh well. I'll try to keep it on and not lose the excitement of ranking up.
