Ranked Solo Queue

Okays so I'm currently silver 3 i dropped from silver 1. I feel like riot is pairing me up with trolls or something because I'm losing like 80% of my ranked games. My last game had a Leblanc that was intentionally feeding sigh. Can someone look at my past games and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I know it's probably just me and I can't help my team or what not. I honestly think the queue system is broken, its pairing me up with people that are terrible at the game. I suck at the game too, but honestly I shouldn't be losing every game right..? NA someone please help me
