How make the game less frustrating

See guys i played over 8000 normal games, and i actually boored and mind broken, of "riot builds", what is a riot build?

Riot Build: a build of any chamption that riot "WANTS" to be used on that champion, examples: Rabadon deadcap Veigar (full ap of course), riven full AD, soraka and her HEALING items, etc.

What we can do? Just make ALL the builds on any champion BALANCED. For example, full AD soraka, or full Tank riven.

If u think this is not possible, let me remind you, RIOT is working on this but they DONT know it, a fine example is the new runes, that allow to balance more the infinty of builds that we can have, so dont stop it and make this a non linear game.

Another example:

Make all champions "morpheables", that means u can build depending on runes and item "another champion" with new mechanics, for example ad soraka with an AD ratio that instead of heal a flat amount heal a % amount depending on AD on any of her skills, or she may hit a % of health with her q...

So why this will work for any player? Cose they will not build "BAD"... never! and always will be a mechanic.
