InTheory2 votesMuramana is procd several times YET. I'm quite sure that's going to be changed because the mana drain is super problematic on top of the additional damage output.
It is considered an auto-targeted, unit-targeted AoE spell. The most similar spell I could think of was old swain's ultimate.
