Riot needs to exlude B5 players from higher division games

I work my ass off to get out of B5 yet as soon as I get into B4 i get nothing but troll games where people either feed or DC. All this public information about who's in each match instantly available allows troll players to simply mess up other peoples win loss record and drag them down due to no fault of their own. This could easily be solved by limiting B5 players to be matched ONLY with other B5 players. That way trolls would at least have to earn their way up to B4 before they could be f*kt^rds.
