Why doesn't Azir's Emperor's Divide block all dashes?

I can understand things like Twisted Advance (Maokai) and Trickster (Fizz) going through, as they become un targetable during those. But things like Paranoia (Nocturne) and Unstoppable Force (Malphite) and whatever Vi's ultimate is called go through it.

Why? They're dashes. If Yasuo's W can block ultimates when Wind Wall has a shorter CD and isn't an ult.... Why can' Azir block ultimates with his ult?

While charging, Vi is immune to crowd control and will knock aside enemies in her way, dealing 75% damage to them. Nocturne is **immune to all crowd control **while performing the dash

Enemies with crowd control immunity will be able to dash over the wall. This includes all dashes that are classified as "unstoppable" (e.g. Unstoppable Force and Paranoia), but also any enemy protected by Black Shield, and Olaf during Ragnarok and Dark Passage).

Well, in the case of Malphite his ultimate is suppose to be unstoppable by any means. The name says so.

Because that's how the champion is designed. Also, it doesnt stop malphite ult.

Because he's the emperor and his will is unquestionable.

If he says you SHALL NOT PASS, you won't pass.
