AZIR BUFF PLEASE, FIX AZIR

I'm a azir main first off to make sure that you understand i have been playing him forever. now that i have addressed that i somewhat know what im doing, im gonna talk about the fact that a lux e at lvl 5 instakills a 900 health character at lvl 7 and that my q deals half as much damage as it did in the old runes. azir is no longer usable. the damage needs to be scaled and the abilities need to be buffed to make him viable. the q sometimes only goes halfway as it is supposed to and that means that almost always my q doesn't hit leaving me with autos from my soldiers which don't deal enough damage to even kill squishies even if im full build. if your wondering what runes i take are, lethal temo triumph legend alacrity and coup de grace with sorcery as my side with ultimate hat and gathering storm. even with these amazing runes i cant deal any damage. ive been on a losing streak for a while on azir and its because of the lack of attention please riot fix daddy azir. im now going to mention some problems with the store mainly with the new rune pages i find that with the new system we aren't able to get the builds for our characters and i would like that when you buy rune pages like in pbe you get 3 not 1 in na right now. also there is a huge problem with toxicity specifically the problem with jungle players and fill supps. it seems that every game i get there is a huge amount of leavers and inters. or its that im in some subconscious form of bronze 4 that im stuck in (i dont play ranked
