The rise in elo boosters

Hello summoners, we all know that the season 4 is ending, and everyone is climbing for rewards. but why not play fair and be honest? during my matches, i had rarely a 'elo booster' and 'smurf' playing, now they are like every game. i want to climb and i know i can win, but when a 4v5 game with enemy lee 26/0 i can't understand now what does 'balance' stands for, his match histrofy is 20/0 34/3 , the evidence is , past week's lolking score is really low, then went up dramatically , with every game of 25/0. this kind of players are a lot. as a experienced player i had many ' elo boosting' offers, but i never cheated. please riot do some investigation, i know players who are reading this knows. 35/0 with 3v5 team, gg wp i got silver V lol, cool
