The winrate of autofilled players is 75% lower than normal
So how are you gonna fix this rito ?

Where did you pull that number from? Average winrate is 50%, Autofill winrate is...... -25%?
Lets remove role selection so you can't be auto filled! Then you can't complain that you get whatever role it drops you in.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I would wait an extra 10 minutes in queue if I could be guaranteed that all 10 players in the match are on their main role.
Obviously players need to play more roles more often. Because the better we all are, the more fun the game is.
It'd be cool if they made promos have "super-autofill protection", where not only you can't be autofilled, but everybody in your promo game will be players that are currently autofilled protected.

I have a 50% win rate when autofilled. I guess I'm an awesome player then.... ;)
