Pick/Ban timers

Any Riot employee, what thoughts and rationales go into the time limit on the pick ban phase in draft?

I feel as though if that time should be lengthened by a solid 10 extra seconds. Don't forget, players DO trade champions even with the new interface. Not everyone locks in their pick intents. 10 Extra seconds, I feel, should be ample time to finalize picks for champ security. This accounts for time to find the champ desired by your teammates by typing the champions name in the search box, asking for certainty (and making sure the player wanting the desired champion is still there and can confirm that they have the champion you want from the trade), and locking in.
