While I realize that it is there to punish people, and that if you are punished, it is ultimately your fault, but 20 minutes before you can play a game? You have to wait 20 minutes 5 times to get out of it. That just sounds like...too much. I get that I ruin other's games when I leave, but emergencies do arise, and 20 minutes just seems waaaay too harsh. It's hard to get on and want to play when I know I have to wait 20 minutes.
