Banning champs
Can you ban a champion if no one on the enemy team owns it? and if not, I believe it should be able. because what if i dont want my team to play it?

Woodakoodashooda2 votesYou can ban any champion regardless if owned or not. The primary point of banning is to prevent enemies from picking it. The secondary point is to prevent allies from making troll picks...they probably will regardless.
