My thoughts/suggestion on solo/dynamic queue

Before the recent discussion on dynamic queue posted by riot, I thought i had an idea on how to fix many problems with dynamic queue that wasn't too horrible. Feel free to take a look at my opinion on the subject.

My idea: The idea that i had come up with was to still have dynamic queue, but not for 4 man premades. What i mean by this is have a queue for strictly solo queue, one for duo/3 man, (or possibly a single queue for these 3), and then finally a queue for 5s. Of course this would raise queue times, and possibly even more so at the higher tiers, but would possibly solve the problem of queuing up as a solo player and getting a 4 man premade on your team, with a 5 man premade on the enemy team. Another downside to this would be that it is impossible to have 4-man premades with this queue, which is also something i would assume riot wants to avoid.

After seeing the riot video on dynamic queue, it made me realize how flawed my idea was, and i don't know how to rest of the community would feel about my idea, but based on MY solo queue experiences, this is how I would fix it.
